Facilities

Consider the historical Hartrick House for your next gathering, party or meeting. This 1,314 sq. ft. community hall/meeting room has an 80 person capacity and features a full kitchen, foyer, back deck and gazebo. Rental includes facility set-up of round or rectangular tables and chairs.

Special Occasion Permit (SOP)

An SOP is mandatory for all functions serving alcohol, including beer and wine and is issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).  All requirements related to serving alcohol in Town facilities are outlined in the Municipal Alcohol Policy (MAP) Planning Guide. 

Please note that not all Town facilities allow the serving of alcohol. Refer to the MAP Planning Guide for a complete list of Town approved venues for SOP Events.
