The Audley Community Hall is an impressive and contemporary multi-use 6,926 sq. ft. facility accommodating up to 500 people. It is perfect for weddings, conferences, events & trade shows, corporate functions, meetings and parties. This fully accessible space features hardwood floors, acoustic dividing walls able to divide into 3 separate community halls, a warming kitchen fully equipped with refrigerators, freezer and warming ovens, a bar equipped with an ice maker, undermount refrigerator and dishwasher, integrated AV System with recessed audio visual screens, retractable stage, grand windows and skylights with sunfiltering blinds, a common courtyard with patio furniture, coat check areas and a dedicated entrance.  Rental includes facility set-up of round or rectangular tables, chairs in conference, theatre or banquet style seating options.

Special Occasion Permit (SOP)

An SOP is mandatory for all functions serving alcohol, including beer and wine and is issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).  All requirements related to serving alcohol in Town facilities are outlined in the Municipal Alcohol Policy (MAP) Planning Guide. 

Please note that not all Town facilities allow the serving of alcohol. Refer to the MAP Planning Guide for a complete list of Town approved venues for SOP Events.

Please note that ice scoops, shot glasses, bottle openers, soap or paper towels are not included with bar rental.
