The Audley Recreation Centre, better known as ARC, is our newest modern state-of-the-art Community Centre located in the northeast part of Town. ARC features:

• A gymnasium
• Community room and studio rentals for gatherings and events
• Fitness classes
• Six (6) lane, 25-metre indoor lap pool
• Leisure pool with therapy jets
• Change rooms
• Preschool room
• Youth Space
• Ajax Public Library - ARC Branch

Outside of this beautiful property, there is a skateboard park, splash pad, inclusive playground, basketball courts, tennis courts, baseball diamonds and walking paths.

Special Occasion Permit (SOP)

An SOP is mandatory for all functions serving alcohol, including beer and wine and is issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).  All requirements related to serving alcohol in Town facilities are outlined in the Municipal Alcohol Policy (MAP) Planning Guide. 

Please note that not all Town facilities allow the serving of alcohol. Refer to the MAP Planning Guide for a complete list of Town approved venues for SOP Events.
