Facilities

This 5,200 sq. ft. Community Hall has a 320 person capacity and is ideal for weddings, dances, large parties and more. This space can be divided in half and features terrazzo tile flooring, two (2) separate kitchens and bars, round or rectangular tables, and a portable stage. Rental includes facility set-up.

Special Occasion Permit (SOP)

An SOP is mandatory for all functions serving alcohol, including beer and wine and is issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).  All requirements related to serving alcohol in Town facilities are outlined in the Municipal Alcohol Policy (MAP) Planning Guide. 

Please note that not all Town facilities allow the serving of alcohol. Refer to the MAP Planning Guide for a complete list of Town approved venues for SOP Events.
